Bharat Forge approves fund raising up to Rs 2,000 cr via debt

The board of Bharat Forge at its meeting held on 11 November 2025 has accorded in-principal approval for raising funds not exceeding Rs. 2,000 crore through term loan, non-convertible debentures or any other debt instruments.
