POLICY FOR IN-ACTIVE/DORMANT ACCOUNT
An account will be considered as dormant/in-active account, when no transactions have taken place in the client's account during the last 12 months from the date of last transaction. The account will be deactivated and no transaction will be allowed in the said account.
A client's account will be reactivated only subject to certain conditions as IFCI Financial Services Limited (IFIN) may consider fit and proper: on submission of a written request by the client accompanied by valid proof of identity and valid proof of address and also on submission of such other information/documents as deemed fit by IFIN.
Any credit balance of funds and securities available in the said dormant account would be settled during the quarterly settlement process.
