TVS Motor Company elevates Sudarshan Venu to post of CMD

The Board of TVS Motor Company at its meeting held on 05 June 2025 has approved the elevation of Sudarshan Venu, Managing Director, as Chairman of the Company effective 25 August 2025. He shall be designated as Chairman and Managing Director effective that date.
