UltraTech Cement completes acquistion of Wonder WallCare

UltraTech Cement has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in Wonder WallCare. Consequently, Wonder WallCare has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 29 May 2025.
