Spright Agro's creditors approved resolutions advancing its insolvency resolution process

Spright Agro Ltd., undergoing corporate insolvency resolution process since September 24, 2026, announced that its Committee of Creditors approved several resolutions at a meeting held on October 28, 2026, including ratifying expenses for registered valuers, a forensic auditor, and an accountant, as well as approving costs for publishing an invitation for expressions of interest through Form-G. Interested parties have until November 13, 2026, to submit expressions of interest, with a provisional list of prospective resolution applicants expected on November 23, 2026.
