Shrikrishna DEVCON LIMITED to review financial results at a board meeting on November 14

Shrikrishna DEVCON LIMITED will hold a board meeting on Saturday, November 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The trading window for the company's securities will remain closed for designated persons until 48 hours after the financial results are announced.
