Sharda Cropchem corrects on profit selling

The counter had surged 18.74% in the last seven sessions, outpacing broader market gains.

The correction comes ahead of the company's board meeting scheduled today (30 October 2025) to consider and approve its financial results for the quarter ended September 2025 (Q2 FY26).

Sharda Cropchem is engaged in the marketing and distribution of agrochemical formulations and generic active ingredients in fungicide, herbicide and insecticide segments globally.

On a consolidated basis, net profit of Sharda Cropchem surged 423.96% to Rs 142.78 crore while net sales rose 25.44% to Rs 984.81 crore in Q1 June 2025 over Q1 June 2024.
