Maharashtra Scooters fixes record date for interim dividend

Maharashtra Scooters has fixed 22 September 2025 as record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive interim dividend of Rs 160 per equity share of Rs 10 each for FY 2026. The dividend shall be paid on or around 13 October 2025.
