Jubilant Ingrevia subsidiary acquires 40% stake in Zettaone Technologies, with option to increase

Jubilant Ingrevia Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jubilant Advanced Electronics Limited, has executed a Share Subscription and Share Purchase Agreement to acquire a 40% strategic equity stake in Zettaone Technologies India Private Limited, with an option to increase its shareholding to 51% during the next year.
