Comfort Commotrade Limited to review financial results at November board meeting

Comfort Commotrade Limited will hold a board meeting on November 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The company closed its trading window for securities from October 1, 2026, and it will remain closed until November 14, 2026, following the declaration of the results.
