Board of National Fertilizer approves JV for setting up Ammonia-Urea Complex Namrup-IV Fertilizer Plant

The Board of National Fertilizer at its meeting held on 18 April 2025 has accorded its consent to enter into Joint Venture Agreement with other nominated Companies to form a Joint Venture Company for setting up of a new Ammonia-Urea Complex Namrup-IV Fertilizer Plant at Namrup, Assam.

The company will acquire 18% equity stake in the proposed joint venture at an estimated investment of Rs 572.45 crore.
