Alkem Laboratories forms Alkem Pharma Company joint venture in Saudi Arabia

Alkem Laboratories Limited announced the incorporation of a joint venture, ‘Alkem Pharma Company’, Limited Liability Company, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on November 8, 2026, following earlier announcements on August 12, 2025, and February 13, 2026. The joint venture has a capital of 7,500,000.0 SAR, divided into 75,000.0 shares, and Alkem Laboratories has acquired 51% of the total share capital through a cash consideration of 3,825,000.00 SAR, representing the subscription of 38,250 shares. The investment is intended to expand Alkem Laboratories’ business and market reach in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing on the manufacture, import, marketing, and distribution of pharmaceutical and/or nutraceutical products.
