Pursuant to the Regulation 30 and 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the company has published the newspaper advertisement on Monday September 08 2025 with regard to completion of dispatch of Notice along with Annual Report for the Financial year ended 31st March 2025 for the 30th Annual General meeting of the members of the company scheduled to be held on Tuesday September 30 2025 at 12:00 noon (IST) through VC/OAVM in Business Standard (English Edition) and Parshuram Samachar (Marathi Edition).
