Wipro Limited has informed the Exchange regarding grant of 27,473 (Twenty Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy Three) Restricted Stock Units under Companys ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and 11,471 (Eleven Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy One) Restricted Stock Units under Restricted Stock Units Plan 2007, to its identified employee(s) / identified employee(s) of its subsidiary company. This grant is effective from April 15, 2024. These shall vest as per the vesting schedule approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board and can be exercised over the exercise period as approved by the Committee.
