Board of Uno Minda approves fund raising up to Rs 2,500 cr

The Board of Uno Minda at its meeting held on 21 May 2025 has recommended for obtaining enabling approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, for authorising the Board to raise funds, as and when required, up to Rs. 2500 crores, in one or more tranches.
