Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 as amended we are pleased to inform you that Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited ('the Company') has completed the acquisition of 49% stake of Mbodla Investments Pty Ltd Joint Venture in South Africa ('JV').
