Ram Ratna Wires has allotted 4,66,74,536 equity shares under bonus issue in ratio of 1:1. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 46,67,45,360/- divided into 9,33,49,072 fully paid-up equity shares having a face value of Rs 5/- each.
