Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Mr. Raj Shankar Ray, Managing Director & CEO of Home Appliances Division has tendered his resignation from the office of the Managing Director & CEO of Home Appliances Division of the Company due to personal reasons and he will be released after the notice period of 90 (Ninety) days.
