Change of Name of the Company: The Board has approved the proposal to change the name of the Company from HI-KLASS TRADING AND INVESTMENT LIMITED to NICO-INDIA FINTECH LIMITED subject to the approval of shareholders Stock Exchange(s) Registrar of Companies Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other regulatory authorities as may be applicable. The proposed name has been approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide RUN Approval Letter dated 05th July 2025 bearing reference number AB5260658. You are requested to take the above on record and treat this as compliance under the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
