Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Sch. III Part A Para B of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)with Powerhouse Technology Pty Ltd on February 18 2025. This MoU pertains to participation in the Maharashtra Governments CVD Screening program involving AI and Digital Technologies.
