Board of Directors by circulation has approved the allotment of a. 5133323 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each at Rs.30/- per share. and b. 5948000 convertible warrants at Rs.30/- each upon receipt of 25% issue price. pursuant to the preferential allotment approved by Shareholders at their EGM held on 31st January 2025
