Capri Global Capital raises Rs 160 cr via NCD issuance

Capri Global Capital has allotted 16,000 Rated, Listed, Subordinated, Unsecured, Taxable, Redeemable and Transferable Non-Convertible Debentures under Series 18 (NCDs), having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 160 crore, on a private placement basis to the identified investors.

The aforesaid NCDs have been issued at a fixed coupon rate of 9.75% per annum and are proposed to be listed on BSE.
