This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 5th May 2025 considered and approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2025 and Recommended the final dividend for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2025 @60% i.e. Rs 1.20/- (Rupees One and Twenty Paise Only) per equity share of Rs 2/- each to be declared at the 145th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
