Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we are enclosing herewith copy of our 2nd Annual Report including the Standalone Audited Financial Statements for the financial year 2023-24 along with Boards Report Auditors Report and other documents required to be attached thereto along with the Notice of the 2nd Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company (together with the Annual Report the Documents).
