Approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30 2024 along with the Unmodified Limited Review Reports thereon issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. You are requested to kindly intimate the members of the Stock Exchange and public at large accordingly.
