Pursuant to Regulation 24A and 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI(LODR)Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that shareholders at its meeting held on today 12th September2025 approved the appointment of Mr. Chintan K Patel Practicing Company Secretary as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company for consecutive 5 years Commencing from April 2025 to March 2030.
