Further to our intimation dated May 19 2025 on the captioned subject we wish to inform you that at the 92nd Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held on September 18 2025 the members of the Company have approved the appointment of M/s. Parikh & Associates Peer Reviewed Firm of Company Secretaries in Practice (Firm Registration No. P1988MH009800) as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for first term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30.
