SEMAC CONSULTANTS LIMITED has informed the Exchange regarding Board meeting held on Jun 26, 2025 to considered and approved to make investment by way of secondary acquisition of 5,000 (Five Thousand) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, representing 50% of the equity share capital of Semac Construction Technologies India Private Limited, from its existing shareholders (i.e. Mr. Abhishek Dalmia and Mrs. Deepali Dalmia), at a total consideration of Rs. 50,000, to be paid in cash, subject to the compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, Listing Regulations and other applicable laws and such other regulatory/statutory approvals, as may be required.
