Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 34 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 as amended and in furtherance to our intimation dated September 03 2025 we wish to inform that the Notice of the 20th AGM of the Shareholders of the Company which has been scheduled to be held on Monday September 29 2025 at 11:00 A.M. (IST) along with Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25 are being mailed to the Shareholders holding equity shares of the Company as on August 29 2025 and whose email ids are registered with the Company and Depositories in compliance with applicable MCA and SEBI Circulars. Further pursuant to the applicable Listing Regulations and Circulars the Annual Report is also being sent to Debenture holders only in electronic mode whose email addresses are registered with the Company / Depositories.
