Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 ('Listing Regulations') read with Part A of Schedule III to the said regulations as amended from time to time we hereby inform that Mr. Amit Tusharkanti Ghosh vide his resignation letter dated April 03 2025 has tendered resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CEO) of the Company w.e.f. April 03 2025. Kindly note that the Company has accepted his resignation w.e.f. until the close of business hours on April 03 2025.
