Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that we have entered into a lease agreement of 5 years for a factory building having located at Somnath Kachigam Road, Vil-lage: Somnath- Dabhel, Nani Daman to set up a new unit (Unit III) for our business operations. This initiative is a part of our expansion plan to further enhance our manufacturing capabilities and contribute to the growth of our operations.
