Padam Cotton Yarns Ltd - Board Meeting Outcome for Revised Outcome Of Board Meeting

With reference to outcome dated November 27 2024 we would like to inform that there was typographical error in the number of Bonus shares to be issued under the disclosure enclosed as Annexure A. The board of Directors have recommended issue of 3873000 bonus shares having face value of Rs. 10/- in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. One (1) Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for every One (1) existing Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each subject to the approval of the shareholders however inadvertently we mentioned 3837000 shares in the said disclosure therefore we hereby submit the revised outcome of Board meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday November 27 2024.
