Pursuant to second proviso to Regulation 30(6) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday 17th September 2025 inter alia have transacted discussed approved and taken on record the following matters: 1. Issue of 480821750 (Forty Eight Crores Eight Lakhs Twenty One Thousand Seven hundred Fifty) Equity Shares of face value of Re. 1.00/- each for cash at an Issue Price of Re. 1.00/- per equity share aggregating upto Rs. 480821750/- (Rupees Forty Eight Crores Eight Lakhs Twenty One Thousand Seven hundred Fifty only) to all the eligible equity shareholders of the Company on a Rights basis (Rights Issue) as on the Record date in consultation with the Rights Issue Committee. other matters as attached herewith in Board Meeting Outcome The meeting commenced at 11:00 A.M. (IST) and concluded at 11:40 A.M. (IST)
