Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of IFL Enterprises Limited at its meeting held on Thursday 24th July 2025 has approved the Companys entry into the business of Organic Waste Management & Recycling as part of its strategic diversification into environmentally sustainable sectors.
