Pursuant to Reg. 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Foods and Inns Limited has received its final instalment of incentives amounting to Rs. 2.91 Crore under the integrated Cold Chain and Value Addition infrastructure scheme for the Cold Chain facility set up at our Plant in Vankal Gujrat. This incentive is in the nature of Capital Subsidy.
