Dear Sir/Mam This is to inform that the 29th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the company will be held on Friday August 9 2024 at 5:00 P.M through Video Conferencing (Vc)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are submitting herewith the Annual Report of the Company along with Notice of AGM for the financial year 2023-2024 which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members.
