Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A (7) of the SEBI Listing Regulations we hereby inform you that the Company has appointed Dr. Yusuf Ali Solanki as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) (designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of SEBI Listing Regulations) with effect from 10th October 2025. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 is attached as Annexure - I.
