Choice Equity Broking to acquire Arete Capital Services

Choice International announced that the company's material subsidiary Choice Equity Broking has entered in to agreement for acquiring entire stake in Arete Capital Services which is in the distribution of wealth products. The cost of acquisition is Rs 36 crore.
