Resignation of Statutory Auditor: The Board of Directors noted and accepted the resignation of M/s Sanjay Rane & Associates LLP Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 121089W/W100878) due to pre-occupation in other assignments. 2. Appointment of Statutory Auditor: The Board of Directors subject to approval of shareholders to be obtained at the General meeting of the company have recommended the appointment of M/s. S S R V & Associates Chartered Accountants (FRN: 135901W) Mumbai as Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation of M/s. Sanjay Rane & Associates LLP.
