Capri Global Capital Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Intimation under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended ( SEBI Listing Regulations ) in relation to early closure of the public issuance by Capri Global Capital Limited ( Company ) of up to 40,00,000 secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures of face value of ₹ 1,000 each amounting up to ₹ 2,000 million with an option to retain oversubscription up to ₹ 2,000 million, aggregating up to ₹ 4,000 million ( Issue ) pursuant to the Prospectus dated September 22, 2025 ( Prospectus ) .
