Authum Investment & Infrastructure has allotted 67,93,80,400 fully paid-up bonus equity shares of face value Rs. 1/- each in the proportion of 4:1. Accordingly, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 84,92,25,500 equity shares of Re 1 each.
