Issuance and allotment of up to 500000 fully paid-up equity shares of the Company having a face value of ?10 (Rupees Ten only) each at a price of ?250 (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) per equity share (inclusive of a premium of ?240 per share) for cash aggregating up to ?125000000 (Rupees Twelve Crore Fifty Lakh only) by way of preferential issue to select group of investors (Non-Promoters) subject to the approval of the shareholders and receipt of other necessary approvals. Brief details in accordance with the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 are annexed herewith as Annexure 1.
