Pursuant to provision of SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and Rapid Investment Limited Code of conduct for Insiders: the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remained closed for Designated person (as defined in the code) from 1st july 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2025 will be communicated in due course
