Bartronics India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/06/2025 inter alia to consider and approve We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 10th June 2025 inter-alia to consider and approve the following items:- 1. Amendments to the Main Object Clause and Other Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to the approval by the shareholders. 2. Draft notice of postal ballot and other incidental matters thereto. 3. Appointment of the Scrutinizer for the postal ballot process; and 4. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
