Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Registrar of Companies Ministry of Corporate Affairs ('MCA') has approved the change in name of the Company from Revati Organics Limited to Revati Media Limited with effect from March 17 2025.
