Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Mr. Piyush Yogesh Rastogi has tendered his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. closure of business hours of March 24 2025.
