Appointment of Ms. Neelam Rathi (Membership No. FCS: 10993 COP: 12454) Proprietor of M/s. Neelam Somani & Associates Company Secretaries as Scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot/e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner. 3. To open a separate bank account for the preferential issue with Axis Bank having its branch office at Law Garden Ahmedabad.
