Yaan Enterprises Limited secures Rs 15.86 crore yellow maize supply order from a Thiruvananthapuram co-operative society

Yaan Enterprises Limited announced it has received a purchase order for the supply of yellow maize valued at Rs 15.86 Crores from State Agri Horticultural Development Co-operative Society Limited - Thiruvananthapuram. The order, which involves a supply period of two months, requires a 20% advance payment with the balance due within 45 days upon completion of supply and quality analysis certificate receipt. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any related parties have an interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
