Wealth First Portfolio Managers to consider share issuance at October board meeting

Wealth First Portfolio Managers Limited will hold a board meeting on October 26, 2026, to consider and approve the issuance of equity shares, warrants, or other securities on a preferential basis, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited. The company has closed the trading window for designated persons until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
