The offer received bids for 0.05 crore units as against 0.85 crore units on offer.

The initial public offer of Vishal Nirmiti Ltd IPO received bids for 4,62,400 units as against 84,71,153 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:56 IST on Wednesday (30 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.05 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 30 September 2026 and it will close on Monday, 5 October 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 208 per share to 220 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 68 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 145 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 33 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 178 crore.
